Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registrations for the conference may be cancelled within one week of being made, for a full refund, provided that this is before 15 November 2014. Cancellations effected more than one week after they are made, and before 15 November 2014, will entitle the delegate to a refund of 50% of the registration fee. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations made on or after 15 November 2014.

Unfortunately we do not offer any other options for shipping or delivery.
